Batalion "Burza" to take Buffalo NY by Storm

Batalion "Burza" is an organization made up of young and energetic historians dedicated to raising awareness about Polish history.  Working with our Polish MIssion team, they take their passion for history and education to new audiences wherever they go, and inspire all with their dedication to understanding the past.  At this moment, they are on their way to Buffalo NY for their annual Polish Heritage Festival, the biggest Polish cultural event east of Detroit.  As if that weren't exciting enough, author Ken Koskodan will also make an appearance witht he crew for an exclusive book signing and lecture on his research for No Greater Ally!  The Batalion was first introduced to Orchard Lake back in 2009 for the September 1939 Commemoration.  Since then, Batalion members have made frequesnt visits to our campus for volunteer work, consultation, and sometimes just for lunch.  Keep Batalion "Burza" in your thoughts as the whole team storms eastward!  Check the Batalion's website for more information, and for their special message to the citizens of Buffalo.
